About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Vice President to join our team at Phantom Works Ltd. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and development through strategic marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of marketing professionals to ensure effective execution of marketing plans.
  • Resource Allocation: Allocate resources (financial, human, and material) to implement marketing programs and policies.
  • Department Establishment: Authorize and organize the establishment of major marketing departments and associated senior staff positions.
  • Financial Management: Establish financial and administrative controls, formulate and approve promotional campaigns, and approve overall human resources planning.
  • Policy Formulation: Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs.
  • Talent Acquisition: Select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff, delegate necessary authority, and create optimum working conditions.
Support for Diverse Groups
  • Newcomer and Refugee Support: Recruit newcomers and/or refugees who were displaced by a conflict or a natural disaster.
  • Indigenous Community Support: Develop and maintain relationships with indigenous communities, indigenous-owned businesses, and organizations.
  • Visible Minority Support: Apply hiring policies that discourage discrimination against members of visible minorities.
