About the Position

Our client, a prominent player in the distribution and retail industry, is in search of an Administrative Assistant to enhance their Human Resources department. This role is pivotal in assisting the ongoing education team with the creation and organization of professional development resources.

Key Responsibilities


• Develop and design presentations and manuals for skill enhancement;


• Manage data and documentation pertaining to compliance regulations;


• Organize training enrollments and prepare essential materials;


• Provide administrative assistance and undertake special projects as required.

Qualifications and Skills


• Degree in office administration or a related discipline;


• At least 5 years of pertinent experience;


• Expertise in MS Office suite with strong document formatting capabilities;


• Fluent in French with a good command of English;
