Electrical Systems Engineering Manager

Bombardier is seeking an experienced Electrical Systems Engineering Manager to lead our Cabin Interior Electrical Systems team. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for planning, overseeing, and coordinating activities to achieve department quality, schedule, and budget objectives.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead a team of engineers supporting the proper functioning of all electrical, cabin management, and communications systems.
- Plan, oversee, and coordinate activities to achieve department quality, schedule, and budget objectives.
- Provide technical leadership to all team members to accomplish program requirements.
- Define individual goals and expected results for employees aligned with company objectives.
- Apply Bombardier Operational Excellence and other methodologies to implement and improve business processes, enhance customer satisfaction, and meet strategic goals.
- Bachelor's or master's degree in electrical or avionics engineering from an accredited university.
- Minimum of ten years of equivalent experience in aerospace.
- Previous experience with New Development Program phases: JCDP, JDP, PDR, CDR, Certification, Testing, and Entry into service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a high sense of commitment, and a willingness to accept responsibilities while acting independently.
- Excellent management skills for influencing others, conflict resolution, and problem-solving.
- Leadership, analytical skills, flexibility, and a great sense of initiative.
- Excellent communication skills in French and English (written and oral).
