Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Manager to join our team at Squires Four Public House. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Management: Supervise a team of 3-4 staff members, providing guidance, support, and coaching to ensure excellent service delivery.
- Operational Excellence: Implement operational procedures, manage inventory, and maintain a clean and safe environment for customers and staff.
- Financial Management: Balance cash, complete balance sheets, and manage budgets to ensure financial stability.
- Customer Service: Address customer complaints, resolve issues, and provide exceptional service to build customer loyalty.
- Marketing and Sales: Participate in marketing plans, negotiate with suppliers, and develop strategies to drive sales growth.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills; ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Certifications: Serving It Right Certificate.
- Relocation Costs: Relocation costs covered by employer.
- Salary: $500,001 - $1,500,000 per year.
- Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with a focus on customer service and sales growth.
