Job Title: Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Central Commercial and Residential Services Ltd.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our team, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, responding to emails, phone calls, and messages in a timely and professional manner.
  • Document Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, files, and databases, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Event Planning: Assist in planning and coordinating seminars, conferences, and other events, including arranging logistics, catering, and audio-visual equipment.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office, including Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word, as well as Adobe Acrobat Reader.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in an administrative role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Environment: Ability to work independently with tight deadlines and attention to detail.
