Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Enterprise Platforms Developer to join our team at Equitable. As a key member of our Enterprise Platforms IT department, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing technologies that support business priorities and capabilities for internal and external clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Leadership: Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior team members, overseeing the development and implementation of solutions to ensure compliance with security, governance, and architecture standards.
  • Technology Development: Design, develop, and unit test code, delivering on objectives established by business partners, and working with a delivery team to ensure understanding of objectives, requirements, and specifications.
  • Infrastructure as Code: Apply infrastructure as code principles to DevOps, DevSecOps, cloud security best practices, and well-architected frameworks.
  • Coding Experience: Possess strong experience and understanding in coding languages such as React,.NET, C#, SQL, and experience with tools and development frameworks like PowerShell, NPM, VSC, GIT, Docker, K8S, and ReactJS.
  • Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams to develop, test, launch, and refine solutions to optimize the organization's service experience, while maintaining and enhancing shared technology solutions and architecture.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum 6 years of experience in IT, with 3+ years in a Senior Technology role with multi-domain experience.
  • Education: Post-secondary degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in computer science, computer systems engineering, or software engineering.
  • Skills: Hands-on working knowledge of Kentico CMS, React,.NET, C#, PWAs, APIs, Azure DevOps/Cloud, SQL, Design Library Systems, experience with scrum delivery, testing automation, and automating pipeline.
