**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced supervisor to join our team at the No. 3 Road, Abbotsford location. As a supervisor, you will play a vital role in supporting our management team and ensuring the highest standards of service, cleanliness, and food safety are maintained.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Day-to-day shift supervision, working closely with the team to achieve operational excellence
  • Guest relations and customer satisfaction
  • Training and developing team members to enhance their skills and knowledge
  • Reinforcing our brand standards and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of the restaurant

**Requirements**

  • Previous supervisory or team leading experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Passion for delivering exceptional service and commitment to quality
  • Conceptual understanding of restaurant operational controls and financial statements
  • Thorough knowledge of Food Safe and WorkSafe requirements
  • Experience in training and developing a team to achieve high performance
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build effective relationships
  • High energy and enthusiasm to drive results and continuous improvement
