Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Food Store Supervisor to join our team at Fresh Slice Pizza. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food store, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining a high level of productivity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Train Staff: Lead and motivate a team of 3-4 employees, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their performance goals.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels, ensuring that stock is accurately tracked and ordered as needed.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer requests and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Work Schedules: Establish and manage work schedules to ensure adequate staffing and minimize labor costs.
  • Issue Resolution: Resolve any issues that may arise, including customer complaints, supply shortages, and other operational challenges.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a supervisory role
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and attention to detail.
Work Environment

Fresh Slice Pizza is a fast-paced and dynamic work environment. As a Food Store Supervisor, you will be required to work in a non-smoking environment and be available to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
