Key ResponsibilitiesFacilitate virtual individual or group sessions with app users to engage in discussions about:
- Sexual wellness, intimacy, kinks, and related subjects.
- Relationship dynamics, breakups, and various relationship matters.
- LGBTQ topics including coming out, gender identity, family acceptance, and transitioning.
- Energy healing practices such as Tarot readings, psychic guidance, and crystal healing.
Develop tailored coaching strategies based on the unique needs and aspirations of each user.
Offer expert insights and techniques to assist users in safely and healthily exploring their desires, particularly concerning personal issues.
Maintain confidentiality and uphold ethical practices.
QualificationsPossess relevant certification or licensure in therapy or coaching (if applicable).
Demonstrated experience in personal therapy or coaching.
Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
Capability to work autonomously and manage a flexible schedule.
Comfortable utilizing technology and delivering services via a digital platform.
Exhibit an empathetic, open-minded, and non-judgmental demeanor.
Possess a proactive mindset.
Strong interpersonal and active listening skills.
Understanding of diverse orientations, identities, relationship dynamics, and unique preferences.
Ability to foster a safe, inclusive, and supportive atmosphere for clients to explore their interests.
Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution capabilities.
