Requirements- Leadership and Supervisory Experience
Proven experience in supervisory or leadership roles, with a strong track record of motivating and developing teams.
Culinary Knowledge and SkillsExtensive knowledge of food preparation, presentation, and service, as well as a strong understanding of culinary trends and developments.
Communication and Interpersonal SkillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with staff, customers, and stakeholders.
Time Management and OrganizationStrong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
