- Documentation: Prepare and maintain accurate records, including meeting minutes, correspondence, and other documents.
- Office Management: Establish and maintain office procedures, routines, and filing systems to ensure efficiency and productivity.
- Scheduling: Coordinate appointments, meetings, and events, ensuring timely and effective communication.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week.
