We are currently looking for a Project Manager - Commissioning. In this role, you will be responsible for steering project objectives and ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently. Your ability to cultivate strong relationships with clients, design teams, and contractors will be essential. You should possess excellent organizational skills and the capacity to manage multiple priorities effectively.

Key Responsibilities: Oversee the commissioning processes for both new and existing building projects. Collaborate with project principals to define scopes and budgets. Assist clients in articulating their project requirements to facilitate effective design responses. Develop tailored commissioning plans, specifications, checklists, and testing procedures. Engage in testing and verification activities for building systems. Generate performance-testing reports and maintain records of commissioning activities. Conduct technical reviews of mechanical and electrical systems. Ensure the technical integrity of deliverables, manage schedules, and report on progress and risks. Plan and track project timelines and milestones, providing updates to stakeholders as needed. Facilitate meetings with project stakeholders and maintain ongoing communication. Build and nurture client relationships while exploring new market opportunities. Coordinate with other Footprint services, including energy audits and sustainability certifications. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in engineering, architecture, building science, or a related field. At least five years of experience in building commissioning. Possession of a commissioning designation from a recognized industry association or willingness to obtain one within 12 months. LEED AP designation or commitment to obtain it within 6 months of employment. Strong understanding of commissioning standards and procedures. Knowledge of HVAC and electrical system design and operation. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to meet budgets and deadlines while collaborating effectively with clients. Demonstrated success in managing client relationships.
