Opportunity Overview
We are looking for a dedicated Project Manager - Commissioning who is adept at steering projects towards their objectives while ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently. Your role will involve fostering strong relationships with clients, design teams, and contractors. You will need to demonstrate excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage the commissioning process for both new and existing building projects. Collaborate with senior management to define project scopes and budgets. Assist clients in developing their project requirements to ensure effective design responses. Create detailed commissioning plans, specifications, checklists, and testing procedures. Participate in testing and verification of building systems. Generate performance-testing reports and maintain records of commissioning activities. Conduct technical reviews of mechanical and electrical systems. Ensure the technical integrity of deliverables, manage schedules, and oversee risk management. Plan and track project timelines and milestones, providing updates as necessary. Facilitate meetings with project stakeholders and maintain ongoing communication. Build and nurture client relationships while exploring new market opportunities. Coordinate with other Footprint services, including energy audits and sustainability certifications. Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in engineering, architecture, building science, or a related field. At least five years of experience in building commissioning. Possession of a recognized commissioning designation or commitment to obtain one within 12 months. LEED AP designation or commitment to obtain it within 6 months. In-depth knowledge of commissioning standards and procedures. Familiarity with HVAC and electrical system design and operation. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proven ability to meet budgets and deadlines while collaborating effectively. Demonstrated success in managing client relationships.
