Commissioning Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Commissioning Project Manager to join our team at EllisDon. As a Commissioning Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning and coordinating the commissioning components of construction projects from design to execution.
Key Responsibilities- Plan and coordinate commissioning activities with stakeholders to ensure timely completion of projects.
- Review and confirm accurate billings for commissioning components to ensure timely payment of subcontractor billings.
- Monitor and review project static and dynamic testing processes and completion statuses for commissioning components.
- Review architectural, mechanical, and electrical changes to ensure they are complete, up to project standards, and coordinated into the commissioning program.
- Provide expert advice and proactively report on the commissioning program delivery and performance.
- Follow up on open commissioning deficiencies and drive them to closure.
- Establish necessary policies, procedures, action plans, critical indicators, timetables, and performance measures to guarantee high-quality services and timely deliverables to the client.
- Engineering degree or a Three-Year College Diploma with equivalent combination of technical experience.
- Eight to ten years of experience in Mechanical and Electrical commissioning.
- Solid technical background concerning BAS, Air & Water Balancing, ASHRAE, LEED, and Systems Integration.
- Experience in end-to-end management of the commissioning program in construction projects.
- Experience with and an understanding of life-cycle budgeting, as well as statutory and mandatory compliances and legislation.
- Hospital/Health Care, ICI construction experience would be considered an asset.
- Ability to prioritize and manage workload with limited supervision.
