Job Title: Registered Physiotherapist

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Registered Physiotherapist to join our team at Mariposa Physiotherapy & Rehabilitation.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing patients' physical abilities, examining patients, planning physiotherapy programs, and selecting appropriate exercises, apparatus, and manipulations. They will also maintain clinical and progress reports, confer with other health professionals, teach and/or supervise exercises to patients, and administer evaluative tests and procedures.

Responsibilities:
  • Assessment and Treatment: Assess patients' physical abilities and develop personalized physiotherapy programs to improve their mobility and function.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed clinical and progress reports to track patient progress.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care and support.
  • Professional Development: Stay up-to-date with the latest research and best practices in physiotherapy to provide evidence-based care.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy or related field.
  • Experience: Willingness to train and learn from experienced professionals.
  • Certifications: Alliance of Physiotherapy Regulatory Boards Examination and licensure by provincial or territorial authorities.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong attention to detail.
