Job Summary:The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing patients' physical abilities, examining patients, planning physiotherapy programs, and selecting appropriate exercises, apparatus, and manipulations. They will also maintain clinical and progress reports, confer with other health professionals, teach and/or supervise exercises to patients, and administer evaluative tests and procedures.
Responsibilities:- Assessment and Treatment: Assess patients' physical abilities and develop personalized treatment plans to improve their mobility and function.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient progress and treatment plans.
- Teamwork: Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care.
- Professional Development: Stay up-to-date with the latest research and best practices in physiotherapy.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy or related field.
- Experience: Willingness to train and develop skills in a dynamic and supportive environment.
- Certifications: Alliance of Physiotherapy Regulatory Boards Examination and licensure by provincial or territorial authorities.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a team environment, and strong problem-solving skills.
