Key Responsibilities
  • Confer with clients to identify their technical requirements and provide tailored solutions.

  • Assess physical and technical security risks to data, software, and hardware, and develop policies and procedures to mitigate these risks.
  • Conduct reviews to assess quality assurance practices, software products, and information systems, and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Resolve conflict situations and provide ongoing support to clients.
  • Operate automatic or other testing equipment to ensure product quality.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a technical support role.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Fast-paced environment and tight deadlines.
