Job Title: Technical Support Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Engineer to join our team at Allamani Technical Solutions Ltd.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support to our clients, designing and implementing information systems business solutions, and assessing physical and technical security risks to data, software, and hardware.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Confer with clients to identify requirements and provide technical support
  • Design, develop, and implement information systems business solutions
  • Assess physical and technical security risks to data, software, and hardware
  • Develop policies, procedures, and contingency plans to minimize the effects of security breaches
  • Conduct reviews to assess quality assurance practices, software products, and information systems
  • Resolve conflict situations and provide ongoing support to clients
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities:
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Work under pressure with tight deadlines and repetitive tasks
  • Attention to detail and ability to work in a team
