Job Title: Technical Support Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Engineer to join our team at Allamani Technical Solutions Ltd. As a Technical Support Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our clients, ensuring that their IT systems and software are running smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Confer with clients to identify their technical requirements and provide solutions to meet those needs.
  • Design, develop, and implement information systems business solutions that meet the needs of our clients.
  • Assess physical and technical security risks to data, software, and hardware, and develop policies and procedures to minimize those risks.
  • Conduct reviews to assess quality assurance practices, software products, and information systems, and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Resolve conflict situations and provide technical support to clients in a fast-paced environment.
  • Operate automatic or other testing equipment to ensure product quality, and consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support.
Requirements:
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a technical support role.
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure, with tight deadlines.
  • Fast-paced environment with repetitive tasks and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.
