IT Support Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated Technical Support Analyst to join our team at Webhorse Technologies. This role is essential in ensuring seamless operations and providing exceptional support to our clients.
Job Details- Employment Type: Permanent
- Language Requirement: English
- Monthly Hours: 120 to 160 hours
The ideal candidate will possess a college diploma or a non-university certificate from a program lasting 1 to 2 years, or have equivalent professional experience.

- Monitor and report on the performance of computer systems and networks
- Assist users in resolving computer-related issues
- Research and implement effective solutions
- Provide training and advice to users
- Maintain a detailed log of issues and resolutions
- Oversee the work of technical support staff
- Support business systems, networks, and internet services
- Set up and configure equipment
- Conduct web server backup and recovery tasks
- Deliver excellent customer service
- Manage incidents effectively
This position does not involve supervisory responsibilities.
CertificationsPossession of a Network+ Certification is preferred.
Technical ProficiencyThe candidate should have knowledge in:
- Android, iOS, MAC, Linux
- Networking software and hardware

- Word processing and spreadsheet software

A criminal record check is required for this position.
Travel RequirementsThe candidate should have their own transportation and be willing to travel and relocate as necessary. A valid driver's license is required, and travel expenses will be covered by the employer.
Work ConditionsApplicants should be prepared to work under pressure and possess good manual dexterity, attention to detail, and the ability to sit, bend, stand, and walk for extended periods.
