Your Role...

This position involves selling vehicles while ensuring exceptional customer service. Key responsibilities include:

  • Achieving sales targets for both volume and profit
  • Acting as the primary contact between the dealership and customers throughout the buying process
  • Delivering engaging and persuasive sales presentations
  • Listening attentively to customers to identify their vehicle requirements
  • Providing detailed information on vehicle specifications, features, benefits, and pricing
  • Conducting vehicle test drives with customers

Your Profile...

Ideal candidates will possess a solid background in sales, including:

  • 1 to 3 years of demonstrated success in a sales role; experience in the automotive sector is preferred
  • Strong customer service skills and the ability to engage in meaningful conversations
  • Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., CDK/Reynolds)
  • Experience with Customer Relationship Management Systems (e.g., OneEighty, DealerTrack)
  • Valid OMVIC license in good standing
  • Clean Driver's License and abstract
  • Basic math skills
  • Adaptability to changing environments and ability to meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication skills, both confident and professional
  • Attention to detail, with strong organizational and strategic skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
  • Capacity to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Self-motivated and driven, with a commitment to excellence
