About the Role

As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for selling vehicles and providing exceptional customer service. Your primary duties will include:

  • Selling vehicles to achieve volume and gross profit targets
  • Acting as a liaison between the dealership and customers during the vehicle purchasing process
  • Creating and delivering compelling sales pitches
  • Listening to customers to understand their vehicle needs and wants
  • Presenting and describing vehicle specifications, features, benefits, and pricing
  • Performing vehicle road test-drives with customers to demonstrate the vehicles

About You

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced sales professional with a strong background in sales, customer service, and automotive industry knowledge. Ideal candidates will have:

  • 1-3 years of proven experience as a successful sales professional, preferably in the automotive industry
  • Experience in customer service and the ability to have meaningful conversations
  • Proficiency working with ERP systems (e.g., CDK/Reynolds) and Customer Relationship Management Systems (e.g., OneEighty, DealerTrack)
  • OMVIC license in good standing and a valid driver's license with a clean driving abstract
  • Ability to perform basic math calculations and adapt to a changing environment
  • Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and with minimal supervision
  • A passion for excellence in execution and a desire to work in a fast-paced environment
