Customer Service Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Supervisor to join our team at 5 STARS HIGHRISE RESTORATIONS. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction and service delivery.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of customer service representatives, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent service delivery.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyze reports to identify trends and areas for improvement, making recommendations to enhance customer satisfaction and service quality.
- Training and Development: Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of customer service representatives, ensuring they have the necessary tools to deliver exceptional service.
- Problem Resolution: Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve processes and procedures, implementing changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years
- Language: English
- Work Hours: 40 hours per week
