Job Summary:

Rangeland is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Consultant to join their sales team. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for assisting customers with their buying decisions, presenting and selling new and used RVs, and maintaining a regular follow-up schedule with existing and prospective clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Present and sell new and used RVs to customers, highlighting their features and benefits.
  • Assist customers with their buying decisions, providing expert advice and guidance.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales, and follow-up activities.
  • Work closely with the sales team to achieve sales targets and goals.
  • Participate in sales training and development programs to improve sales skills and knowledge.
  • Contribute to the development of sales strategies and plans to achieve business objectives.

Requirements:

  • Previous sales experience, preferably in the RV industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
