Sales Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic carpet division at Domfoam Inc. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth within your assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities- Travel within your designated sales territory to meet with customers and prospects, building trust and rapport to drive sales growth.
- Conduct daily calls and face-to-face meetings with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions that meet their requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales leads and customer interactions, ensuring seamless communication and follow-up.
- Educate customers on the benefits of our polyurethane foam products, highlighting their financial and professional advantages.
- Sell our products and services to customers within your territory, meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to provide valuable insights to customers and drive sales growth.
- Collaborate with our marketing department to develop and implement effective sales strategies and promotional campaigns.
- 5+ years of experience in outside sales, preferably in the foam or carpet industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, with a strong understanding of customer engagement and relationship-building.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving customer issues.
