- Develop and oversee a daily sales strategy and operational plan for the department.
- Create tailored development plans for full-time employees, offering support and coaching to address any performance gaps.
- Effectively communicate skills through productive meetings, huddles, and coaching sessions.
- Promote and sustain a positive work culture for all staff members.
Qualifications
- Business Acumen – you possess a customer-centric mindset and are adept at planning, executing, and driving sales initiatives.
- Leadership Skills – you lead by example and are passionate about coaching, developing, and motivating your team.
- Brand Advocacy – you take pride in our brand and are committed to our mission.
- If you are an experienced retail manager with a dedication to people, our industry, and delivering an outstanding customer experience, this role is a perfect fit.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a retail setting, ideally in a supervisory capacity.
- A proven history of driving business growth and delivering exceptional customer service.
- An interest in or experience within the sports or sporting goods sector is advantageous.
