About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales and Marketing Manager to join our team at EN3 Solutions Ltd. as a key member of our business development team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop Promotional Materials

Design and create effective promotional materials, including brochures, flyers, and social media content, to showcase our company's products and services.

Hire, Train, Direct, and Motivate Staff

Lead and manage a team of 3-4 people, providing guidance, support, and feedback to ensure they meet their performance goals and objectives.

Plan and Control Budget and Expenditures

Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to ensure the effective allocation of resources and optimal financial performance.

Direct and Evaluate Establishments and Departments

Oversee the development and implementation of communication strategies and information programs across various departments and teams.

Requirements
  • Education

College or CEGEP diploma required.

Experience

At least 1 year of experience in a sales and marketing role, preferably in a business development or management position.

Skills and Qualifications

Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.

Work Environment

Work in a dynamic and collaborative team environment, with opportunities for professional growth and development.

Language

Fluency in English required.

Work Hours

35 hours per week, with flexibility to work occasional overtime as needed.
