- New Business Acquisition: Develop and maintain a pipeline of new business opportunities, leading negotiations, and closing deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry leaders.
- Brand Building: Increase brand awareness and market presence in Canada by representing PSC Group at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
- Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure all business development activities comply with Canadian laws and regulations, and identify and mitigate potential risks associated with entering the new market.
- 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field, preferably within the Canadian market.
- Proven track record of successfully securing new business and meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of the Canadian business landscape, including market dynamics, regulatory environment, and key industry sectors.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and remotely, with a high degree of self-motivation and initiative.
