- Provide feedback to internal teams on market trends, customer needs, and product development opportunities.
- Prepare regular reports on business development activities, sales performance, and market trends.
- Use CRM tools to manage sales activities and track progress against targets.
- Presentation of findings and recommendations to senior management, contributing to strategic decision-making.
- Build and maintain a strong professional network to support business development efforts.
- Stay informed about industry developments and emerging trends that could impact the business.
- Qualifications:
- A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Finance, or a related field is typically required.
- A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in business development, sales, marketing, or a related field is typically required.
- Experience using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools to manage sales activities, track progress, and analyze data (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Ability to analyze market trends, identify business opportunities, and develop strategies to enter new markets or expand within existing ones.
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate business performance and make informed decisions.
- Proficiency in multiple languages can be an advantage, especially for roles involving international business development.
