Customer Engagement and Sales Specialists

We are seeking Customer Engagement and Sales Specialists to serve as brand ambassadors for our client, Bell Canada's rapidly expanding sales and marketing division. Utilizing cutting-edge fibre optic and wireless technologies, Bell Canada offers top-tier entertainment and communication services to residential, business, and public sector clients throughout Canada. What does OSL Direct provide?- Competitive base salary, vehicle allowance, and a lucrative commission structure that can yield $80,000 - $90,000 annually or more based on performance. Our highest achievers are nearing six-figure incomes.
- Paid vehicle allowance; access to a vehicle is necessary for this position.

- Flexible full-time work schedule; evening and weekend availability is required to maximize customer engagement.
- Promoting and facilitating the sale of Bell's TV, Internet, Home Phone, and Smart Home residential product offerings by engaging with residential customers face-to-face through methods such as canvassing and cold calling.
- Utilizing a client-provided territory lead list to market Bell products and drive sales in residential neighborhoods.
- Assessing the unique needs of customers and customizing solutions that align with their lifestyles, delivering an exceptional customer service experience.
- Representing the Bell brand with excellence and ensuring a top-tier customer experience.
- Collaborating with your team weekly to brainstorm innovations, monitor goals, and report on sales and marketing outcomes.
- Managing your lead funnel using the Salesforce customer relationship management (CRM) system.
- Upholding a demeanor of optimism, empathy, and integrity as the representative of our client, Bell Canada.
- A motivated self-starter with an entrepreneurial outlook.
- An extroverted individual who thrives on helping and interacting with others.
- Proficient in time management, prioritizing tasks, and achieving objectives.
- Driven by incentives (uncapped commission means limitless earning potential).
- Proven ability to work collaboratively within a team.
- Experience in Sales, Customer Service, and/or Marketing is advantageous.
- Reliable access to a personal vehicle and a valid driver's license.
- Willingness to travel frequently across the region as necessary.
- A flexible full-time schedule that accommodates evening and weekend availability as needed.
- Base salary plus uncapped commission.
- Commission is in addition to base salary, with the majority of income derived from commissions.
- Commission is awarded per service unit activated.
- The commission rate per service unit activated increases as specific sales targets are met bi-weekly.
