  5. Lead efforts to sustain and enhance the reliability of plant machinery and operational processes.

  7. Oversee assigned outage projects and related tasks.
  8. Investigate equipment failures using root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to avert future issues.

  10. Incorporate best practices in reliability-centered maintenance, risk assessments, and condition monitoring into daily operations.
  11. Provide technical guidance on the evaluation and adoption of new maintenance technologies and ensure effective use of existing tools.
  12. Serve as a resource for operational and maintenance teams to enhance their understanding of maintenance processes and strategies.
  13. Identify and pursue opportunities for improvement across various operational facets, including equipment, safety, and quality.
  14. Formulate strategies for optimization based on performance metrics and systems analysis.
  15. Support the execution of reliability enhancement projects.
  16. Monitor and report on cost savings achieved through continuous improvement initiatives.
  17. Assist in the development of work scopes for shutdowns and provide technical support during critical maintenance activities.

  4. Proficient in using a Computerized Maintenance Management System or willing to learn.
  5. Availability to work extended hours during plant outages.

The compensation for this role ranges from CAN $88,000 to $107,000 annually, based on education and experience.
