The Corporate Security Investigations Manager is an essential member of our team, reporting directly to the Senior Director of Corporate Security Services. In this role, you will oversee investigations, manage high-stakes situations, and provide critical insights to both colleagues and management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conducting comprehensive investigations across various business units, addressing issues such as fraud, policy breaches, threats, and harassment.
  • Serving as the primary liaison for Law Enforcement Agencies in both civil and criminal matters.
  • Evaluating and investigating claims submitted through internal reporting channels.
  • Offering strategic guidance to management regarding security-related incidents.
  • Being available for on-call responses to incidents outside of standard working hours.
  • Cultivating and sustaining relationships for effective information sharing.
  • Producing clear and professional reports detailing investigative outcomes.
  • Identifying procedural and policy gaps and proposing enhancements.
  • Assisting in the preparation of reports for senior leadership.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 10 years of investigative experience in either public or private sectors.
  • A robust network of investigative contacts and relationships.
  • Familiarity with privacy regulations and the criminal justice framework.
  • Proficient interviewing skills.
  • Strong project management and organizational abilities.
  • Competence in office software applications.
  • Certification as a Fraud Examiner (CFE) or equivalent credential.
  • Proficiency in English; knowledge of French is advantageous.
