Administrative Services Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hotel Administrative Manager to join our team at Resorts of the Canadian Rockies. As a key member of our resort management team, you will be responsible for ensuring consistency and excellence in all operations between both hotels, with a keen attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures for various hotel departments as directed, ensuring seamless execution and continuous improvement.
- Play a key role in the hotels' revenue management and distribution strategy, managing rates and inventory across all channels to maximize revenue and occupancy.
- Handle, investigate, and resolve guest concerns in a timely and professional manner, responding to guest reviews and feedback to maintain exceptional customer satisfaction.
- Prepare monthly commission invoice reconciliations for 3rd party booking channels, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Maintain effective communication with other departments to fulfill the overall resort objectives, promoting a collaborative and results-driven work environment.
- Adhere to and maintain high standards of quality, safety, and regulatory compliance, ensuring a safe and healthy work environment for all employees.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in hotel administration, operations, or a related field, with a strong background in management and leadership.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail, with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a collaborative and results-driven approach.
