Our extensive range includes over 13,000 SKUs across various brands, and we constantly seek innovative methods to improve our operations. As a key member of our team, you will guarantee that every item is handled with care and delivered with excellence, leaving our customers delighted with their choices. The Returns Processing Specialist is tasked with overseeing the procedures related to tracking, shipping, receiving, distributing, and storing returned merchandise.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the processing of return orders for merchandise from both sales personnel and direct customer interactions.
  • Monitor and track orders for customers and sales staff, maintaining accurate customer records and sales documentation.
  • Ensure the completeness of orders in accordance with established reporting protocols.
  • Conduct clerical duties, including assisting with physical inventory, processing returned items in internal systems, and gathering data on return sources.
  • Address any inconsistencies between return documentation and the actual products.
  • Liaise with various internal and external stakeholders, including warehouse teams, clients, suppliers, and vendors.
  • Assess returned items and identify those suitable for resale.
  • Utilize Warehouse Management Software for comprehensive inventory management.
  • Prepare returned goods for shipment while ensuring proper storage practices.
  • Maintain cleanliness by disposing of packaging materials and conducting general housekeeping in designated areas.
  • Rotate through different departments as needed to support business demands.
  • Engage in ongoing training related to technology enhancements and new systems relevant to the role.
  • Execute all assigned tasks from leadership to meet daily productivity and quality standards.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent GED.
  • Familiarity with warehouse management systems.
  • Proficient in English with advanced language skills.
  • Competent in computer usage, including Google OS.
  • Mechanical skills for assembling furniture components.
  • Comprehensive understanding of training and communication resources pertinent to the role.
  • Awareness of loss prevention, security, and safety protocols as outlined in company policies.
  • Strong communication abilities.
  • Capacity to collaborate effectively within a team environment.
  • Keen attention to detail.
