  • Package and wrap prepared meat products for sale
  • Remove bones from various meat types
  • Weigh and label meats accurately for retail
  • Process poultry into various parts
  • Clean and prepare seafood, including fish and shellfish
  • Cut fish into steaks and fillets
  • Grind meats for various products
  • Create specialty sausages
  • Slice cooked meats for presentation
  • Handle special orders and requests from customers
  • Design attractive displays of meats, poultry, and seafood
  • Shape and tie roasts and other meat products
Work Environment
