We are seeking a skilled Meat Processing Specialist to join our team at J & D Food Services. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of meat products.
Key Responsibilities- Cutting and Processing: Cut beef, lamb, pork, or veal carcasses or sides or quarters of carcasses into primal cuts for further cutting, processing, or packaging.
- Meat Preparation: Cut meat and poultry into specific cuts for institutional, commercial, or other wholesale use.
- Boning and Trimming: Remove bones from meat.
You will be working in a cold/refrigerated environment, with a focus on meat processing and/or packing plant/establishment.
Requirements- Physical Demands: The role requires standing for extended periods and handling weights up to 45 kg (100 lbs).
- Language: English is the primary language of communication in the workplace.
- Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
