Job Description

CB Canada is seeking a highly skilled Transformation Manager to join our team.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a seasoned professional to lead our Global Compliance Transformation Program Office. As a Transformation Manager, you will be responsible for managing people, process, and technology impacts of a work stream or multiple work streams under the Global Compliance Transformation program.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement change management strategies and plans to maximize business and employee adoption and usage of changes.
  • Manage people process, technology impacts of a work stream or multiple work streams under Global Compliance Transformation program.
  • Ensure change initiative projects meet objectives on time.
  • Document and produce organizational change work including change readiness, input to communication development, input to talent management processes, input to leadership and ownership, learning/training, and change implementation and reinforcement plan.
  • Establish personal engagement agreement with business sponsor(s) and stakeholder(s); facilitate shared meaning and commitment to goals.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years Change Management Experience - must have comprehensive knowledge of change management principles and practices - proven work experience of change management work stream from initial vision to post implementation.
  • 5+ years transformation/project management experience (e.g., PMs, Product Owners, PCOs, Business Owners etc.) - demonstrated experience with the rollout of large, complex projects.
  • 3-5 Years Microsoft Suite Product knowledge - including PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Demonstrated experience working with Executive level Stakeholders and managing expectations.
  • Presentation skills and ability to write communications to a broad audience effectively.
  • Negotiation skills.
  • Influencing capabilities.
  • Relationship management.
  • Team Player.
  • Ability to hit the ground running.
  • University degree or equivalent working experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bilingual in Spanish.
  • Technology transformation experience.
  • Prosci or ADKAR Certifications an asset.
