CB Canada is seeking a skilled Change Manager to join our team in the Banking Sector.
Job Summary
- Manage the implementation of global compliance transformation programs, focusing on technology enhancements and procedure changes within Global Compliance.
- Lead the people process and technology impacts of work streams under the Global Compliance Transformation program.
- Develop and implement change management strategies to maximize business and employee adoption of changes.
- Ensure change initiative projects meet objectives on time and execute change implementation and reinforcement plans.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish personal engagement agreements with business sponsors and stakeholders, facilitating shared meaning and commitment to goals.
- Document and produce organizational change work, including change readiness, communication development, talent management processes, leadership, and learning/training.
- Manage people process, technology impacts, and change management strategies for work streams under the Global Compliance Transformation program.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure change initiative projects meet objectives on time.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of change management experience, with comprehensive knowledge of change management principles and practices.
- 5+ years of transformation/project management experience, with demonstrated experience in rolling out large, complex projects.
- 3-5 years of Microsoft Suite product knowledge, including PowerPoint and Excel.
- Demonstrated experience working with executive-level stakeholders and managing expectations.
- Presentation skills and ability to write communications to a broad audience effectively.
- Negotiation skills, influencing capabilities, relationship management, and team player skills.
- Ability to hit the ground running and university degree or equivalent working experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bilingual in Spanish.
- Technology transformation experience.
- Prosci or ADKAR certifications an asset.
