Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Transformation Manager to join our Clinic Transformation department within the Ontario portfolio. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the integration of digital solutions at our primary care clinics.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with clinicians, clinic managers, and staff to implement digital tools that enhance workflow efficiencies within the healthcare space.
  • Collaborate with Medical Office Assistants (MOAs) to optimize workflows, streamline processes, and ensure efficient clinic operations.
  • Work closely with physicians, clinic managers, and staff on-site and remotely to build strong relationships and trust.
  • Measure key performance indicators to evaluate the success of pilot programs and the impact of digital tools on clinic operations.
  • Provide regular project status reports to WELL Health leadership.
  • Configure, set up, and maintain various digital tools, including Online Bookings, Self-Check-In, Reporting, and Patient Reminders.

Requirements

  • Managing team-members and having strong people management skills.
  • Project experience in Digital Implementation & assisting in project rollouts.
  • Experience in leveraging technology to address healthcare challenges in Canada, particularly in clinic modernization and digital implementation.
  • Proficiency with Help Scout, RingCentral, Microsoft 365, KPI Metrics, PowerBi, and Smartsheets.
  • Experience with Electronic Medical Records (EMRs) and a background in healthcare settings are preferred.
