Job Title: Product Manager - Digital Transformation

CB Canada is seeking a highly skilled Product Manager - Digital Transformation to join our team. As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of digital transformation initiatives that drive business growth and improve customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive digital transformation and improve business outcomes.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop solutions that meet those needs.

  • Lead the development and implementation of digital products and services that meet business requirements and customer needs.

  • Work with stakeholders to identify and prioritize business requirements and develop project plans to meet those requirements.

  • Develop and manage project budgets and resource plans to ensure successful project delivery.

  • Collaborate with technology teams to ensure that digital products and services are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders, customers, and partners.

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for digital transformation and innovation.

Requirements:

  • 5 years of experience in product management, digital transformation, or a related field.

  • Proven track record of delivering successful digital transformation initiatives that drive business growth and improve customer experience.

  • Strong understanding of digital technologies, including cloud computing, artificial intelligence, and data analytics.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to develop and execute strategic plans that drive business growth and improve customer experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.

  • Strong understanding of agile methodologies and their application in digital transformation initiatives.

  • Experience working with cloud-based technologies, including Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Microsoft Azure.
