Restaurant Leader Job Description

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Leader to join our team at Tim Hortons. As a Restaurant Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of employees to deliver exceptional guest experiences and drive business results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and Develop a High-Performing Team: Empower and motivate your team to achieve operational excellence and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
  • Operational Excellence: Manage and maintain high standards of operation, including food quality, customer service, and store appearance.
  • Recruitment and Training: Recruit, train, and coach a diverse team to achieve and maintain Tim Hortons' high standards of operation.
  • Sales and Cost Management: Plan and execute methods to increase sales and achieve targeted costs.

Requirements:

  • Customer Service Background: Demonstrate a passion for guest service and creating exceptional guest experiences.
  • Operational Experience: Have strong operational experience and a proven track record of success.
  • Leadership Skills: Possess strong leadership skills, including coaching, mentoring, and delegating tasks.
  • Flexibility and Adaptability: Be flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
