JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking a dedicated professional to become part of our team at EightSix Network. In the role of Guest Services Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all operational aspects of the property to guarantee exceptional levels of hospitality and service. Your duties will include acting as the representative for management in guest-related matters, managing guest flow in common areas, and addressing service-related concerns.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
Education and Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent with a minimum of 2 years in guest services
- OR
- Associate degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field
CORE WORK ACTIVITIES
Leading Guest Services Teams
- Inspire and motivate team members
- Oversee daily operations
- Foster trust and collaboration among staff
Achieving Guest Services and Front Desk Objectives
- Establish specific goals and strategies
- Address complaints and resolve issues

Implementing Initiatives and Policies
