Job Description

Job Title: Oracle Cloud Project Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud Project Manager to lead our team in delivering successful Oracle Cloud ERP implementations. As a key member of our Infovity team, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of complex Oracle Cloud projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the implementation of Oracle Cloud ERP/SCM/HCM projects from start to finish
  • Develop and manage project plans, budgets, and timelines
  • Define and manage project scope, milestones, and engagement profitability
  • Manage changes to the project scope, schedule, and costs
  • Ensure customer expectations are met and scope creep is minimized
  • Identify and mitigate project risks and issues
  • Control and report project progress to stakeholders
  • Perform resource management, estimation, and risk management
  • Work with stakeholders to monitor and track project progress
  • Closely monitor and report on project budget

Requirements:

  • 15+ years of Oracle ERP experience, with at least 5+ years of project management experience in managing Oracle Cloud implementations
  • Proven experience in delivering complex Oracle Applications projects using Oracle AIM and OUM methodologies
  • Strong knowledge of Oracle ERP or SCM or HCM Applications
  • Experience in project planning tools like Microsoft Projects
  • Strong stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Excellent organization, documentation, and communication skills
