Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Cloud Project Manager to lead our Oracle ERP implementation projects. As a Cloud Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of Oracle Cloud ERP projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning: Develop and manage project plans, milestones, budgets, and engagement profitability.
  • Project Execution: Manage project execution, including resource allocation, risk management, and issue resolution.
  • Customer Management: Manage customer expectations, communicate project status, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Team Management: Lead and manage a team of consultants and client personnel to deliver Oracle Cloud ERP projects.
  • Technical Expertise: Possess strong knowledge of Oracle Cloud ERP, including implementation methodologies and best practices.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including clients, project sponsors, and internal teams.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve project-related issues, including scope creep, budget overruns, and technical challenges.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 15+ years of Oracle ERP experience, with at least 5+ years of project management experience in managing Oracle Cloud implementations.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Management, Business Administration, or related technical field.
  • Skills: Strong project management skills, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Experience with Oracle AIM and OUM methodologies.
