Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Housekeeping Training Supervisor to join our team at Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts. As a key member of our housekeeping leadership team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of housekeeping activities within our establishment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Training and Development: Develop and implement comprehensive training programs for new housekeeping staff, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas to maintain cleanliness standards, addressing any deficiencies promptly and implementing corrective actions.
  • Productivity Oversight: Monitor and evaluate the productivity of housekeeping staff, identifying areas for improvement and providing constructive feedback to staff members.
  • Team Leadership: Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and collaboration, providing guidance and support to housekeeping staff and resolving any conflicts or issues that may arise.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee the inventory of cleaning supplies, guest supplies, and equipment, coordinating with the purchasing department to ensure adequate stock levels.
  • Emergency Response: Respond swiftly and effectively in any hotel emergency or safety situation, ensuring the safety and well-being of hotel guests.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum of three years' experience as a housekeeper in a luxury hotel, preferably including experience at Four Seasons Montreal.
  • Language: Ability to read, write, and communicate in French and English.
  • Skills: Strong organizational and time management abilities, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
