Comprehensive RFP Management:
Oversee the entire Request for Proposal (RFP) process, which includes presenting negotiation strategies to upper management.


Supplier Relationship Development:
Evaluate, identify, nurture, and enhance relationships with essential suppliers while forging new strategic alliances.


Contract Oversight:
Ensure rigorous adherence to contractual obligations, with the capability to recognize and rectify any discrepancies. Monitor the performance of key suppliers and guarantee compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs).


Data Interpretation:
Proficient in analyzing data to construct a compelling business case, pinpoint gaps, and leverage opportunities. Generate activity reports and focus on key performance metrics.


With a minimum of 7 years' experience in a senior purchasing role, you should possess substantial expertise in both direct and indirect procurement within a purchasing division. A robust understanding of procurement processes, from requisition through to invoicing, is essential.


Advanced proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel, is required. A university degree or equivalent in business administration, procurement, logistics, or a related field, complemented by a proven track record, is necessary.


In this role, you will manage the Overhead and Workspace category within the Purchasing team, collaborating closely with the Associate Director overseeing all Canadian studios.


As part of the organizational transformation aimed at harmonizing operations across Canadian studios, you will play a pivotal role by showcasing strong leadership and exceptional independence.
