  • Driving business growth within the branch by achieving individual and team sales targets that enhance the customer experience.

  • A strong desire and motivation to cultivate robust customer relationships while delivering exceptional service.
  • A proven track record of meeting and surpassing sales goals in a dynamic environment that aligns with client objectives.
  • The ability to identify and address customer needs effectively.
  • A Mutual Funds license and progress towards the CIFP Diploma.
