About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Wood Floor Installation Specialist to join our team at Capital Floor Supply Inc. As a key member of our installation team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of workmanship and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inspect and Prepare Surfaces: Inspect surfaces to be covered and prepare them for installation, including measuring, marking, and cleaning.
  • Install Flooring Materials: Measure, cut, and install resilient floor coverings, hardwood floors, and other flooring materials.
  • Conduct Quality Control: Conduct quality control checks to ensure that all installations meet our high standards.
  • Provide Excellent Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service and ensure that all customers are satisfied with the work completed.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Physical Demands: Physically demanding work, including handling heavy loads, bending, crouching, and kneeling.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
