Senior Human Resources Generalist (On-Site)

MacLean Engineering & Marketing Co. Limited is seeking a Senior Human Resources Generalist to enhance our team.

This position entails delivering comprehensive HR support and services, which encompass employee relations, policy expertise, administrative functions, recruitment, and onboarding processes.

The successful candidate will possess a degree or diploma in Human Resources Management or Business Administration, along with a minimum of seven years of experience in a Generalist HR capacity. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems is also essential.
