\t· Post-secondary education with focus on Human Resources Management.
\t· CHRP/CHRL designation is required.
\t· Minimum five (5) years of experience in a Human Resources leadership role with a demonstrated ability to lead with strategic foresight.
\t· Extensive labour relations experience combined with exposure to negotiations and managing grievances.
\t· Not-for-profit, government-funded agency experience is a strong asset.
\t· Philosophy of fairness, equity, and accountability in your approach to human resources.
\t· Strong and extensive knowledge of up-to-date human resources practices, trends, and legislation (Federal and Provincial Employments Standards, Occupational Health & Safety, Human Rights, etc.).
\t· Experience in advising senior management in a strategic capacity while providing effective coaching on all HR related matters."}}
